This fishy themed boy hails from WatermarkDRX. He brings a wonderful, titled, tested pedigree mainly from Karmacatz, another dedicated preservation breeder with decades of experience in our breed. Excited to have some new lines to bring into our program.
You might be curious about his DNA results! The most succinct way to explain it is that this particular genetic marker(Factor XII deficiency) is relatively new to the Wisdom panel screening. Which means any cats tested prior to a couple of years ago(around 2020) will not show a marker, even if they have one. Factor XII deficiency, also known as Hageman deficiency, is the most common congenital coagulopathy among cats. Although common among bleeding disorders, this condition is asymptomatic(meaning no symptoms) even with two copies of the gene(Marlin has only one).
As you will read below there is even thoughts it can have protective effects in some situations, and at this time is just a marker to note!

Ruby is our keeper kitten from Duckie and Billy. We look forward to watching her mature. Her eyes will also develop into a similar Aqua colour like her moms and her markings, like all thermal patterned cats will get darker as she matures into an adult.
Now that she is old enough and has passed her heart screening, we are waiting for mother nature to tell us shes ready to be a mom. Duckie was a bit of a late bloomer, it would be likely Ruby will be as well.
Mina

This stunning girl arrives to us as almost an adult, and so we want to have all relevant testing (echo and DNA) completed before officially welcoming her to our program.
Mina is more low coated than we typically include in our program as it is breed standard to (once mature) have a full curly coat. However, her diversity and physical type are worth the risk of an occasionally more low coated kitten, considering the entire rest of our program have full coats.
Mina is named after our favorite book "Griffin and Sabine" where the titular characters own a mysterious, some might say mystical cat, named Minnaloushe.

Torrance is our keeper kitten from Raven and Billy. She has a wonderful coat and an incredible personality, and needs some time to mature into the pretty statuesque Devon we know she can be. Always happy to be held, cuddled, and played with, in any situation, she is a true social butterfly.

Moon is our first keeper kitten from Lotus and Marlin. We are giving her some more time to mature and try out the show ring to see if she both has what it takes, and likes it. She has such an exquisite head type, we're willing to be patient to see if her coat follows suit and comes in the way we hope it will.
Super playful but less "in your face" than either of her parents. Moon is a relaxed kitten in a world where relaxed is not what Devon kitten are often known for.
